Pricing follows the depth of the reliability report you need — not a catalogue of software seats.
Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable. Numbers below are starting points; final quotes reflect cluster size, access constraints, and how many application surfaces sit inside the review boundary.
Cluster reliability assessment
From AUD 18,500
Fixed project fee for a single named cluster, ten to fifteen business days, including draft, owner reading, and final report. Multi-region or multi-product estates are scoped as extensions.
Incident pattern review
From AUD 7,800
Fixed fee covering intake of up to twelve incidents, a half-day pattern session, and a written pattern brief.
Recurring reliability briefing
From AUD 2,400 per briefing
Priced per session when you already hold a baseline assessment (ours or an equivalent). Monthly and quarterly cadences are available; unused briefings do not roll over beyond the contracted quarter.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of application entry points and shared dependencies inside the cluster
- Quality of existing incident archives and whether translation from tribal knowledge is required
- On-site days in Sydney versus fully remote evidence gathering
- Rush timelines under ten business days for a full assessment
What we do not sell
Subscription monitoring seats, “unlimited advisory” hours, or discounted bundles that hide scope. Deposits and cancellation terms are described on the refunds page.
